Maybe its because I don’t live in the middle-of-nowhere-Ohio but WHERE DOES THIS HAPPEN?! We have tons of gay kids at my school and no one tries to “make them normal”. No one teases them for what they are.

I used to grow up in the suburbs as a kid but now I live in a city. Stuff like this makes me not want to move back. Television makes high school out to be a living Hell, where all the popular kids pick on the “different” ones.

I haven’t experienced, and trust me, I’m “different” as fuggs. I wish that more kids could have the experience I have. Stuff that the guy is doing in the GIF is uncalled for and idiotic and they need to disappear.

Actually, this happens like…everywhere I’ve been.  I’ve lived in Iowa, the middle of nowhere.  They’re prejudice against anyone who isn’t white and straight.  And now I’m in Arizona, where it’s just as bad. 

Prejudice is everywhere, I’ve learned.

It’s stupid. A little over 40 years ago people were fighting for prejudice to end in America and now these same people are spitting hateful words to people who are being prejudiced just like they were. I swear, some people’s logic…
